During the first phase, which required operational restrictions, we installed thirty new starting blocks with timing systems that meet Olympic standards. We laid a new floor, designed to withstand heavy use, and renovated the reinforced concrete support structure of the spectator stands. We also replaced the drainage and overflow channels, which were in a state of disrepair.
