Reporting system

In the SWIETELSKY Code of Conduct, we have committed ourselves to complying with all applicable laws and regulations. That is why we strive to identify and investigate any misconduct as quickly as possible and take the necessary corrective measures. Open communication throughout the entire group forms the basis for reporting and investigating misconduct.
The management of the SWIETELSKY Group encourages all its employees and business partners to report any suspicion of potential illegal conduct or other misconduct without delay.
To this end, companies within the SWIETELSKY Group maintain internal reporting systems in accordance with Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the Protection of Whistleblowers (hereinafter the “Whistleblower Protection Act”), which serve this purpose. The aim of these systems, established pursuant to Directive (EU) 2019/1937 (“Whistleblowing Directive”), is to create a safe environment in which no one will fear reporting possible illegal conduct of which they become aware in the course of their work or business dealings. Such reports will enable us to effectively address the issues and limit any resulting damage.
SWIETELSKY stavební s.r.o. and SWIETELSKY Rail CZ s.r.o. have established separate and distinct internal reporting systems in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act. These reporting systems are implemented in accordance with the SWIETELSKY Code of Conduct and are also available to all employees and business partners of SWIETELSKY Group companies in the Czech Republic with fewer than 50 employees, in particular SWIETELSKY Real Estate CZ s.r.o. and JB Stavební, s.r.o. Below, you can access the individual internal reporting systems.
