Social Care Facility in Kralovice

Thanks to renovations, the social care facility in Kralovice, in the Pilsen region, can now accommodate an additional 34 clients and provide social services that were previously lacking in the area.

The project included the construction of a new Block D, partial renovation of Block B, and related construction work—a parking lot, fencing, a retention pond, a heat pump, and necessary utility lines and connections. The construction work, which lasted a total of 21 months, took place while the facility remained fully operational. It was therefore necessary to balance the demanding construction with the needs of the residents.

The social care home, which provides residential services for people with disabilities as well as a home with a special care regime, has increased its capacity to a total of 124 beds. It will thus be better able to meet the demand for these services in the northern Plzeň region.
