Apartment Building in Prague-Zličín

In July 2024, after 15 months of construction, we completed a new apartment building on Na Radosti Street in Prague’s Zličín district. The construction project was preceded by a highly complex demolition of the existing structures, which involved structurally securing the neighboring buildings.

The building features 7 luxury residential units ranging from 2-bedroom to 4-bedroom layouts, each with access to covered garage parking. The structure is built using traditional construction methods, namely brick masonry and reinforced concrete ceiling structures. The building’s main strengths lie in the unique floor plans of each apartment and the high quality of the interior finishes and furnishings. Due attention was also paid to the building’s exterior—the exclusivity of the structure is emphasized by brick cladding and facade sunshades.

An interesting feature of the building is the installation of aluminum window and door frames. Using electronically controlled films, the intensity of the window shading and opacity can be adjusted, ensuring sufficient privacy for the individual residential units and their occupants.

Each residential unit features private terraces, balconies, or front gardens—all of which enhance and elevate the standard of living for residents. Most living spaces face a quiet courtyard, which was created by the L-shaped floor plan of the building.
