In Děčín, we at Swieteláci managed to build a youth home for the Secondary School of Shipping and Technical Crafts in 15 months. Students thus gained a comfortable and modern environment for accommodation, study, and their free time.
An interesting feature of the building is the facade of the new structure – as one of the first in the Czech Republic, it is clad with Sto Ecoshape 20000 panels, which are made from a cement-free material reinforced with high-elasticity fibers. They are resistant to weather conditions and do not succumb to mechanical damage and scratching.
The construction was excellently carried out by our Ústí region branch of the Ground Construction ZÁPAD.
