Underground Parking Garage and Brewery Courtyard

The historic courtyard of Plzeňský Prazdroj is set to undergo a significant transformation. Over the course of the coming year, we will be constructing an underground parking garage here, on top of which we will subsequently build a recreational area featuring a stone surface and greenery.

The project will significantly expand and enhance the courtyard’s current usable space and enable the hosting of cultural and social events for the public. At the same time, the project will include partial repairs to neighboring buildings, the creation of new paved areas, and landscaping work.

We are approaching the execution of this project with the utmost responsibility, fully aware of its complexity and the prominent location within the publicly accessible part of the Pilsen brewery complex. We are currently working on the deep foundation of the building and the monolithic structure of the substructure. And as early as next summer, visitors to the brewery will be able to walk through the new courtyard.
