The building has an unconventional triangular floor plan, and its structure rests on a foundation slab supported by 16 micropiles. We used approximately 5,050 m³ of concrete and 685 metric tons of rebar for the construction. From the second to the fifth floors—which house a total of 136 hotel rooms—the building is arranged around an interior atrium, giving the common areas an airy and open feel. Another standout feature is the seven-meter-wide circular skylight, which brings natural light into the heart of the building—the reception area, restaurant, and lobby. The icing on the cake is the rooftop terrace with a direct view of the airport runway.
