In Dolní Chabry, we have ceremoniously started the construction of the next phase of apartment buildings. By 2026, a unique self-sufficient neighborhood will be built here. The developer Star Group has designed 242 new apartments in ten apartment buildings – and we, as the general contractor, are once again involved.
We are thus continuing the previous phases of construction carried out between 2014 and 2021, during which more than 620 apartments were created.
The emerging neighborhood will offer residents complete civic amenities, green parks, sports facilities, and excellent transport accessibility. New owners are expected to start moving into their apartments at the end of 2026.
