SWIETELSKY construction has a new managing director for the Civil Engineering division
31.03.2026As of April 1, 2026, Martin Hašek will become the new managing director of SWIETELSKY construction and the director of the Civil Engineering division for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He has been with the company since 2009. For nine years, he held the position of director of the Plzeň North area and since 2023 has led the Civil Engineering plant WEST.
In his new role, Martin Hašek will be responsible for the strategic development of the division, further strengthening technical and project standards, supporting innovations, and the professional growth system of employees. His goal will be to build on the existing development of the division while continuing its direction in line with the long-term corporate strategy.
“I want to build on the traditional values that have long defined the company and combine them with new impulses and directions brought by the corporate strategy. I believe that the combination of proven and innovative approaches is the foundation for the healthy growth of the company,” says Martin Hašek.
He succeeds Jiří Kozel, who was one of the key figures in the development of SWIETELSKY construction in the Czech Republic and is now retiring. He has been with the company since 1999, when he was involved in establishing the Civil Engineering division, which complemented the company's traditional focus on road and linear construction. Since 2005, he has also been the managing director of the company.
