SWIETELSKY completed the construction of the residential building on Na Radosti street in Prague-Zličín in July. The building was officially handed over to the investor for use after 15 months of construction. The realization was preceded by a very complex demolition of existing structures associated with the static securing of neighboring buildings.
The residential building features 7 luxury residential units ranging from 2+kk to 4+kk including covered parking spaces. The structure is constructed as a traditional building, made of brick masonry and reinforced concrete ceiling structures. The advantages of the building include the individuality of the layout solutions of the individual apartments, high quality of the final interior finishes, and their furnishings.
