We have completed a nearly romantic reconstruction – in the pine forests of the Mách region, we have repaired the historic Marian Road, which has connected Doksy and Mnichovo Hradiště for centuries.
The road was primarily repaired for forestry purposes; however, due to the picturesque surroundings, it will certainly delight enthusiastic cyclists and tourists.
Along the route, there are valuable biotopes and habitats of specially protected species of animals; during the reconstruction, we also built a non-draining pond for amphibians. We really enjoy working on similar projects that respect the environment and support biodiversity!
