We ceremoniously opened the new asphalt plant of Hrušecká obalovna s.r.o. near the village of Hrušky. The original asphalt plant was in operation for more than a quarter of a century! However, it has now served its purpose and has handed over the baton to the modern UniBatch 160 technology from Ammann.
The new line allows for the production of a complete range of asphalt mixtures, including special recipes according to customer wishes, and is also significantly more environmentally friendly. It utilizes heat better, consumes less energy, and reduces dust and gas emissions.
The Hrušecká obalovna, which is a joint venture of Strabag and SWIETELSKY, is now again ready to flexibly respond to customer needs and ensure smooth production and delivery of asphalt mixtures in the region – not only thanks to the new modern technology but also due to the experienced team and efficient logistics.
We thank everyone who participated in the project – from design to implementation to today’s ceremonial opening. We wish the new asphalt plant a solid foundation, safe operation, and many tons of quality asphalt!
