Colleagues from JBS Construction are currently finishing the work on the construction of a new modern landmark of the South Moravian metropolis. It will be completed in June.
The Centropolis project will offer new apartments in Brno, ranging from cozy 1+kk to exclusive 4+kk in the highest floors, providing unique views of the historical core of the city. The first two above-ground floors of the eight-story building will serve commercial purposes and services.
From an ecological perspective, it is worth mentioning the heating method. This will be provided by heat pumps, which will reduce the energy demand of the building, greenhouse gas emissions, and last but not least, energy costs.
