The new landmark of Brno at the border of the city districts of Královo Pole and Černá Pole will be completed in the middle of this year after two and a half years. The seventeen-story project Nad Arboretem will offer 230 residential and non-residential units and over 2000 m2 of commercial space. The modern building, standing 54 meters tall, will utilize the latest environmentally friendly technologies.
As part of the Real Estate Project of the Year 2024 competition, the Nad Arboretem project was awarded the Architects' Prize in the South Moravian Region.
