Continuation of the Construction of the D3 Highway in the Section Nažidla – Dolní Dvořiště

The construction of the D3 highway in the section Nažidla – Dolní Dvořiště continues, the new four-kilometer route near the Austrian border is already starting to take shape.

We are completing earthworks and will soon begin laying asphalt layers. Work is also underway on two highway bridges and an overpass, the central drainage system is nearly finished, and rainwater is being pumped into the Vltava. Newly built retention tanks serve to protect the rare freshwater pearl mussel, which is sensitive to water purity.

The commissioning of this section of the highway is planned for 2026.
