Commencement of Construction of the D3 Highway in the Section Nažidla – Dolní Dvořiště

With today's laying of the foundation stone, we, the Swieteláci, have commenced the construction of the D3 highway in the section Nažidla – Dolní Dvořiště. This highway section will be put into operation in 2026.

It measures 3.5 kilometers and will replace the existing road I/3, which is largely unsuitable for current automotive traffic and is a site of frequent accidents. The new highway will significantly increase safety and traffic flow.

The investor of the project, costing 875 million CZK, is the Road and Motorway Directorate.
