The neglected area in the center of Brno has significantly transformed over the past three years – the modern City Palace Centropolis has risen here.
The multifunctional building Centropolis, with eight floors, offers shops, offices, and a total of 110 apartments, with an underground parking garage available in the basement. In the enclosed courtyard, there is a quiet relaxation zone with greenery.
This spring, the building was approved for use and is now gradually coming to life with its new tenants.
