Under the hands of our colleagues from JB Construction, a modern and architecturally elegant future landmark of the South Moravian metropolis is currently rising.
The Centropolis project will offer apartments from 1+kk to exclusive 4+kk in the highest floors, which will provide beautiful views of the historical core of Brno.
Two underground floors of the building are designated for parking, the first two above-ground floors will serve commercial purposes and services, and the rest of the eight-story building is intended for residential living.
From an ecological perspective, the heating method is worth mentioning. This will be provided by heat pumps, which will reduce the energy demand of the building, greenhouse gas emissions, and last but not least, energy costs.
At this moment, about two-thirds of the rough construction is completed, whose foundation structure consists of deep pile foundations supplemented with equipment for heat pumps. The basis is a complete reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton complemented by a brick outer shell with a contact insulation system.
Completion is planned for spring 2025.
